Absolutely terrible, ordered two large drinks and both were terrible. Tasted like they waived the fruit over the top because the strawberry drink had no taste of strawberry and the peach drink had no taste of peach - they both however, tasted almost identical. Customer of Jamba Juice for at least 15 years and those are the worst drinks I have ever had. They were both thrown away 90% full. Additionally, the guy made the drinks sequentially. No one else was in line, no one was behind me in the drive through but he made the first drink, stood around waiting for it to blend, gave it to us and then after puttering around for at least two minutes (to the point where I was getting ready to ask if he forgot there were two drinks ordered) he finally started making the second drink. I will never go back to this location.

I order 2 medium aloha pineapple drinks The first drinks the employee take it from a refrigerator already made No problem but it taste funny so I tell her it taste weird she said NO I tell her yes and I want a fresh one made The guy working in there made the other one and push with he's hands without gloves my smoothi inside the cup My husband and I where watching so in that moment we ask for a refund She said no she can't give me a refund even when we explain what we saw She tell me I need to send a email to the manager since she can't give refunds And wait to see if they will give a refund keep on mind we are not accepting the second smoothie and the first one taste weird so I will pay for one So services is really bad I wish I can give zero stars

They won’t even fix your order when a mistake is made. Only foreigners work here so they can hardly understand you. I order here multiple times daily, definitely switching back to smoothie king.

With the new management the drinks are correctly made now and everything’s been good except for their hours. I brought it up with the owner/manager and she said that because she drops her kid off at school, she opens late but her worker on Thursday-Sunday is always there on time. They need to change their hours for Mon-Wed because I’ve personally waited and have seen multiple people drive through and attempt to order without being able to.

LET ONE GO! If you can’t effectively manage both establishments in McKinney and Plano, do yourself and your staff a favor and let it go. I didn’t want to leave this review, as the young lady that is always there to man the place on her own in McKinney, is always so pleasant but seriously three strikes you’re out. I tried to be understandable because I know life happens and we have to be mindful of others circumstance in the world we live in today, but I have emailed (since there is no functioning phone number) and received no response for over two weeks now. This is my son’s favorite place to grab smoothies and waffles, so against my better judgement I’ve wasted gas on three different occasions. This place is WAAAAYYY too expensive to not be open on various times (10AM, 11AM, 8:30AM) of the day, after a consumer has spent their gas to patronize. If you like to gamble on your gas, this is the perfect spot for you, otherwise grab yourself a blender and fresh fruit and do it better! ** BTW, since I’ve received no response to my email, I’ll be reporting this further up. Thanks!
